For a multimedia storytelling assignment, I created a demo podcast episode pitched as an expansion of the US Department of State's DipNote blog. The pitch is as follows:

 

This bite-sized podcast series contributes to the DipNote platform, with new episodes released three times a week. Once a week, the podcast features a college student, young professional, or future Foreign Service Official, offering an immersive look into the life of someone pursuing a career in diplomacy. The subject will have the opportunity to discuss current events, why diplomacy is important to them, what made them interested in the first place, and/or what they want to see improved in regard to international relations while they walk listeners through their academic or professional routine. These episodes will directly target our listeners (young people interested in careers in the foreign service) and embrace their perspectives on today’s most pressing topics.
